In our pilot program, the first companies to digitalize their processes with our MES system will receive a 150-hour implementation package free of charge!

Most plants in Poland face the same challenges:

An inspector asks about a specific batch. We spend half a day looking for it.

Raw material data is scattered across spreadsheets, labels, and the shift manager's head. HACCP on paper is not the same as HACCP under control.

The manager is either on the floor or in the office. They can't be in both places at once.

Order status, production pace, breakdown reports - everything arrives late, by phone, or at the post-shift briefing.

The scales aren't connected to anything. Every reading is entered manually.

With dozens of weighings a day, the gap between what comes in and what goes out keeps growing. Nobody can pinpoint where the discrepancies come from.

We changed the recipe for one product. The system vendor charged us three thousand and it took two weeks.

Every modification to a production stage, a quality control parameter, or a label layout ends with a ticket, an invoice, and a long wait.

We have an ERP system, but production doesn't exist in it. Accounting gets data from paper slips.

The finance team works with yesterday's numbers. The production cost per kilogram of finished product is always an estimate.

I don't know exactly how much we produce. I have an estimate, not a number.

Working time, raw material consumption, production waste - without a system that captures data in real time, the margin on a product remains a guess.

Prodiqa captures shop floor data in real time and turns it into the information your plant manager and owner actually need

Prodiqa is a MES-class system designed for food processing plants that want to replace paper work orders, manual transcription of scale readings, and HACCP documentation kept in Excel - without a months-long implementation project and without depending on the vendor every time a process changes. The system runs on Google Cloud, integrates directly with scales and scanners on the shop floor, and lets you configure production processes visually, with no developer required.

It supports meat plants (slaughterhouses, cutting plants, and cured meat producers), dairies and cheese makers, fruit and vegetable processors, fish processing plants, bottling plants and breweries, industrial bakeries, and frozen food and ready meal producers.

Shop floor data without retyping

Touch terminals at every workstation can be operated with gloves on. The scale connected to the system sends readings directly, and the operator confirms them with a single tap.

Process changes without the vendor

A new parameter on a HACCP card, a modified order step, different labeling for a chain customer - the Low-Code configurator turns it into a fifteen-minute task for someone on your team, not an external service request.

Batch traceability ready for inspection

Every batch of raw material has a full history - from livestock intake through every processing step to dispatch. When a veterinary inspector or sanitary authority asks about a specific delivery, the answer is in the system.

Three system layers that together replace paper, Excel, and phone calls between the shop floor and the office

1. Shop Floor

What the operator sees and does at their workstation

The Prodiqa production interface is a tile-based screen designed for touch terminals. The operator selects an order, records a weight (the reading goes from the scale to the system directly, with no manual entry), confirms a HACCP step, and reports a machine breakdown without leaving the workstation. The screen is built for working with gloves on and wet hands: large buttons, no drop-down menus, no keyboard.

2. Office Dashboard

What the manager and plant owner see

The office dashboard gives you a view of the entire plant on one screen. The manager sees the status of every workstation in real time, order progress, and shop floor reports - without leaving the office. From the same place, they manage warehouse operations, raw material intake, dispatches, returnable packaging records, and quality control cards with automatic blocking of batches that fail to meet standards. When sanitary or veterinary inspectors ask about a specific batch of raw material, the full history from supplier to recipient is in the system.

3. Low-Code Configurator

How processes change without involving the system vendor

Every food plant has slightly different processes, different production stages, different quality control parameters, and different labeling requirements from chain customers. In traditional MES systems, every such change means a service request to the vendor, a wait, and an invoice. In Prodiqa, an implementation specialist or a trained employee from your company makes the change in a visual editor - adding a step, adding a field, modifying a decision path. Adding a new parameter to a HACCP card after a sanitary inspection takes about fifteen minutes and requires no outside intervention.

Prodiqa is for you if:

  • You run a food processing plant employing anywhere from a dozen to a few hundred people on the shop floor. You operate in the meat industry (slaughterhouse, cutting plant, cured meat producer), dairy (milk processing, cheese making), fruit and vegetable processing, fish (fish processing plant, smokehouse), beverages (bottling plant, brewery), bakery (industrial bakery, confectionery), or frozen foods (freezing facility, ready meal producer).
  • You currently track production in Excel, on paper work orders, or in an old ERP system that has no production module.
  • You make purchasing decisions on your own or with one other person - you're the owner, CEO, or production director, and you deal with the problems described on this page every day.
  • You've been through a sanitary or veterinary audit with findings on batch documentation, or you sell to a retail chain that requires full traceability as a condition of doing business.
  • You want to start with one chosen process and see whether the system works on your plant's data before committing to a full rollout.

vs

At this stage, Prodiqa is probably not for you if:

  • You run a plant with more than three hundred people on the shop floor and a complex IT infrastructure, and you need a MES system integrated with several ERP lines at once - that's a project requiring a different scope of implementation than what we offer today.
  • You're looking for an off-the-shelf system you can deploy on your own, with no contact with an implementation specialist. Prodiqa is configured individually for each plant's processes and requires joint work during the start-up phase.
  • You're in an industry other than food processing - the system and its default processes are designed around the specifics of meat plants and related industries.

Prodiqa is in its first round of deployments at food processing plants.

The system was built on fifteen years of 7technology's experience implementing production systems.

We're bringing that experience into a product designed from the ground up for small and medium-sized food processing plants - with a subscription model, Low-Code technology, and Google Cloud instead of local infrastructure.
If you run a plant that recognizes itself in the problems described above and you want to be among the first to deploy Prodiqa, get in touch. We're delivering the first 5 implementations in close partnership with the customer and on by far the most attractive pricing model.

Before you commit to a full rollout, see whether the system works on your plant's processes

Traditional MES implementations start with months of analysis, end with an invoice for several hundred thousand, and only then does the customer see a working system. Prodiqa flips that order. The proof-of-concept package is about 2–4 weeks of joint work, after which your plant has a deployment plan ready for the processes you've chosen.

Krok 1

Process mapping workshops

Together with a Prodiqa implementation specialist, you'll map your plant's processes - production stages, quality control points, and how batch traceability is handled. The output of the workshops is a ready-to-use system configuration blueprint tailored to your plant, not to a template.

Krok 2

Module configuration and launch

The implementation specialist configures the production process you've selected in the system - in the cloud, with connections to scales and shop floor terminals. At this stage, your plant's employees start using the system on live data.
Free of charge: The first companies joining the pilot receive a 150-hour implementation package at no cost. We'll decide together in Step 1 which processes it covers.

Krok 3

A module working on your plant's data

After 4–6 weeks from launch, you have a configured Prodiqa module up and running. You see how the system performs in your plant's actual conditions and decide whether to extend it to further processes - based on data, not promises.

What you get:

  • A detailed analysis and mapping of selected production processes, including an estimate of implementation and maintenance costs.
  • A free 150-hour implementation package that backs you with experience and provides support during the rollout of your first processes.

Prodiqa on Google Cloud

Modern production doesn't have to mean building complex IT infrastructure inside your plant. Prodiqa runs on Google Cloud technology, so you can focus on what matters most - running your shop floor effectively.

Here's what you gain with our solution:

No servers of your own

You don't need to invest in expensive physical hardware or hire a team to maintain it. The system runs entirely on a reliable cloud, eliminating the costs of hardware servicing and upgrades.

Uncompromising data security

In an era of growing cyber threats, protecting your information is our priority. Your sensitive production data is encrypted on an ongoing basis and secured in line with Google's strict global standards.

Flexible scalability

You pay for what you actually need. Starting with 5 users? The system assigns you the right amount of computing power. When your plant grows and you need access for 30 people, Prodiqa expands its resources smoothly and instantly - with no downtime and no need to buy additional machines.

Cloud vs. your own server - avoid the trap of rising IT costs

Grudzień 2023: 18 000 zł (mały serwer)
VS

Cloud / Prodiqa

  • Zero investment in expensive physical hardware - you sidestep the global turbulence in the hardware market.
  • No hidden repair or downtime costs - the equipment and its maintenance are on Google.
  • 100% financial predictability - a fixed monthly subscription, regardless of swings in raw material prices.

vs

On-premise / Your own server

  • Rising purchase costs (+200%).
  • Electricity and servicing fees.
  • Risk of failures and downtime.
  • Replacement required every 3–5 years.

The questions we hear most often before our first meeting

ERP handles finance, logistics, and sales - and it does that well. The problem is that the production module in most ERP systems doesn't capture what's happening on the shop floor in real time, doesn't support HACCP-compliant batch traceability, and doesn't have an interface designed for work at a production station. Prodiqa runs alongside your ERP and feeds it shop floor data - your accounting manager gets information on raw material consumption and production output automatically, with no operator retyping numbers after the shift.

Most of the plants we talk to were managing fine too - until a veterinary inspection raised concerns, until a chain customer demanded batch documentation, or until a scale error nobody could trace back to its source. Excel doesn't capture data in real time, doesn't block batches that fail to meet standards, and doesn't give the manager a view of the shop floor without leaving the office. If you want to find out whether the difference is worth a monthly subscription, that's exactly what the proof-of-concept package is for.

In traditional MES rollouts, yes. Those start with months of pre-implementation analysis, then a tender, then the project, then testing. Prodiqa is built differently - your plant's processes are configured visually, with no code, so the time from the first meeting to a working module on the shop floor is 2 to 4 weeks. The proof-of-concept package covers two weeks of joint work and ends with the system running on your plant's data, not on demo data.

The Prodiqa production interface uses large tiles on a touch screen, designed to be operated with work gloves on. At the terminal, the operator selects an order, confirms a step, and taps a single button to record a weight - the reading is pulled from the scale automatically. That's where the interaction with the system ends. Our implementation experience shows that operators stop commenting on the new system after the first week, because using the terminal takes less time than filling out a paper slip used to.

Prodiqa runs on a subscription model - a monthly fee based on the number of active users, with no one-off investment in servers and none of the implementation costs running into hundreds of thousands that come with traditional MES systems. The proof-of-concept package costs a fraction of what a traditional vendor charges for the pre-implementation analysis alone. We share specific numbers after a brief look at the scale of your plant - if you want to know what the monthly cost looks like for a plant your size, get in touch.
